Free WIFI and access and non-motorized watercraft are included in the cost of your stay.

Due to Fire & Insurance Regulations, we cannot exceed the maximum number of people allowed in each cottage. This number includes children of all ages.
Visitors – Due to various regulations, Day Visitors has to be registered at the Check-In Office. NO unauthorized persons are allowed on the premises, for security reasons.

SELF-CATERING COTTAGES:
Our fully equipped cottages contain linens, dishes, cutlery, crockery, toasters, fridges, stove-tops, microwaves, coffee makers, 3 piece bathrooms with hot and cold water.
Personal and swimming towels are not provided, however, they can be rented at an additional cost.
Every cottage has a gas barbecue & a picnic table.
Use of Canoes, Kayaks, Pedal Boats, and Paddle-boards are included with your cottage rental
Fire pits are located on the beach & by cottages 1, 2 & 4
Boats 12ft & under, are permitted by pre-arrangement with owners.
Deposit Information & Cancellation
DEPOSITS FOR COTTAGES:
To confirm a reservation, a $250.00 deposit is required, and the balance is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
We do follow a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellations received 30 days+ before the date of arrival, you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before arrival your deposit will be lost.
Cancellations received 7 days or less before arrival, you will be liable for the full cost of the reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable for weekends & long weekends, the same applies for July and August weekly rentals.
July & August weekly rentals are ONLY refundable if cancellation is received by 1 May, you will be charged a $50 admin fee.
A reservation is a firm contract and NO allowances will be made for late arrival or early departure.

DAY VISITORS.
Visitors have to be registered at the Check-In Office
Pre-arrangement to be made with Resort owners as we have limited space and is not fair on our registered guests who have paid for the privilege to have the use of our facilities.
Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave.
